1-Design Discovery
Welcome to the fabulous world of Abide Designs, where we transform your spaces from “meh” to “magnificent”! Our process begins with you sliding into our DMs or completing our Website Inquiry Form. Within 48 hours, we’ll follow up with a calendar link for a Complimentary Phone Consultation, where we’ll dive into your design dreams. If we feel we are a great fit for your project, we’ll schedule a Home Review- this is when we walk & talk through your home, gathering all the juicy details about your project needs. After that, we’ll follow up with our custom Home Assessment report and design proposal. Once approved, it’s time for our Letter of Agreement and Project Kick Off meeting where we get this design party started!!
2-Vision & Concept
Now it’s time for the fun where we roll up our sleeves to create an initial design concept! We’ll create mood boards that reflect your style and chat more about your investment in construction elements and furnishings. We’ll also work on initial layouts and set timelines for all the important events, making sure we kick off this design journey with plenty of excitement! Once you give us the thumbs up on the concepts we will dive deeper into all the exciting details!
3- Developed Design
With the design direction approved, we proceed to finalize the selection of fixtures, finishes, and appliances. This step involves sourcing high-quality materials, coordinating with suppliers, and making informed decisions to enhance the functionality and aesthetics of your home. A detailed design presentation gives you a chance to truly visualize their newly transformed spaces- always everyone’s FAVORITE design meeting!!
4- Implementation
After making any revisions to the detailed design plan, this is where our Procurement team gets to work! We place and track all furniture and materials orders, receive and inspect them at our receiving warehouse, & collaborate with the trades men on any construction elements, then begin your styling plan in preparation for the project reveal coming up soon!
5-Project Wrap & Reveal
This is everyone’s favorite part of any design project! Finally all of our hard work is fully revealed as furniture and decor pieces are delivered and installed to completion. Final walk throughs and photographs take place before we hand over your freshly finished new space!!
